FERO XI SCHOLARSHIP AWARDING RESEARCH THIS PAST MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2016 THE XI FERO SCHOLARSHIP WAS AWARDED TO DR. HECTOR PEINADO from the CNIO, in recognition of the research work of this Spanish scientist who fights to advance the battle against cancer. The scholarship was awarded by Dr. Baselga, president of the Fero Foundation, rewarding his project, consisting of the development of a new liquid biopsy technique to predict the response to immunotherapy in patients with metastasis. The event took place at the Palace Hotel during a charity dinner.
