Intensely fruity green olive juice, in which the flavor and aroma of tomato and fig trees stand out, with its slightly green hue. It is a variety of oil that is somewhat spicy and bitter and has woody notes. Due to its large amount of antioxidants and polyphenols, it is a very balanced, stable and oxidation-resistant product. Ideal for salads, stir-fries, marinated meat and game, sausages, cheeses and slow stews.
