PREMIUM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, HARVEST 16/17. COLLECTION MONTH: BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. COLD EXTRACTION. Olive juice with a medium fruity intense yellow color and aroma of almonds and toasted nuts. Sweet notes such as ripe apple and banana predominate in the mouth. Very mild bitter and spicy traits. Due to its softness and delicacy, it combines perfectly with fish and seafood, fruit salads and mayonnaise.
